OUR STORY
This question kept surfacing for Jake Mosely, our master builder, who grew up around construction and started working in the industry in his teens. By his early twenties, he’d progressed from labourer to apprentice to having years of hands-on experience.
Along the way, he often came across builders who operated in a disorganised way, leaving homeowners stressed, confused and frustrated, and knew there had to be a smarter approach. So, he went out on his own, and Swaze Building was born.
Focused on home renovations and extensions, we help people transform their houses into functional, beautifully crafted homes they’ll love for life. But more than that, we make the entire process simple, seamless and genuinely enjoyable.

We don’t cut corners – unless it’s timber. Every project we work on meets the latest building industry National Construction Code (NCC) and Building Code of Australia (BCA) standards, so your home is safe, strong, and built to last. We also follow SafeWork NSW codes, keeping our team – and your home – safe throughout the build.
