Enjoy a seamless home-building journey home

Extending, renovating or building your home can feel overwhelming – especially when builders leave you guessing. We believe it doesn’t have to be that way. We’ve mapped out every step, from first contact to construction stage to handover, so you know what’s coming and how we’ll guide you to a beautifully finished home you’ll love for years.

Pre-Contract

When you contact us, you kick off the initial process.

Initial project enquiry

We have a brief chat on the phone and send you a short questionnaire via email. Alternatively, you fill in your details online and receive the questionnaire from us, followed by a call. This stage helps us know if we’re the right builder for your dream home construction.

Kick-off Launchpad

If we can take on your project, you can book in to get your personalised pre-build guide. Launchpad is loaded with real-world insights, including cost estimates, trusted contacts and expert guidance so you can make informed decisions about next steps.

Home or site visit (approx. 2 hours)

We arrange a time suitable for you to visit your home or site for a Launchpad consultation. During this meeting, we inspect your site – taking measurements if required – ask lots of questions and chat through your ideas to get a full picture of your needs and wants.

Launchpad delivery and follow-up

We write up a full personalised report based on the home or site visit and send it to you via email for review. We follow this up with a chat to make sure you understand everything and can ask any questions. You should now have all the info you need to decide whether to proceed.

Full quote and contract

If you decide to move forward, we’ll prepare a detailed quote and contract. Sometimes the Launchpad is enough, but often final plans and approvals are needed first. We stay in touch during this time and present the quote to you once everything’s ready.

What approvals do I need?

The approvals you need depend on your home project. In New South Wales (NSW), some renovations, extensions or builds may fall under Exempt or Complying Development Codes (CDC), while larger or more complex projects require a full Development Application (DA). We’ll guide you through what’s needed for your home.

Post-contract

Once you’ve signed the building contract, this is what happens.

Lock in the build

Before we break ground, we lock in all selections — paint colours, tapware, fittings and finishes, so there are no surprises and everyone knows exactly what’s being built.

We coordinate all the trades, from plumbing and electrical to tiling and kitchen fitters.

This is the fun part – plans become reality. Our construction process is tidy - and we always keep you updated

Check the finish

We’re only done when you’re 100% happy. This involves a practical completion inspection and final walkthrough
