Architects and draftspersons are great for professional home designs, but bringing us in as a first step is a good idea. Having us on board initially keeps things smooth, on budget and confusion-free from day one – and across your building journey. We can review your site, offer practical advice, flag potential issues, and make sure your ideas are buildable. We can then refer you to a local architect or draftsperson best suited for your build.

We have extensive experience in all aspects of engineering and building – steel works, core-filled block work, hand-pitched roofs, high raked ceilings, and other features – so we can manage every detail and style to create something that suits you and that you’ll love.

No, we only do homes. Extensions, renovations and new house builds are our three offerings. We’re committed to keeping our focus on spaces people live in and love.

As remodel and new home builders, we usually work on projects over $100k and only take on a few clients a month. That way, we can provide the quality, service and attention to detail we’re proud of, and deliver you a build and dream home that really works for your life.

Our current core crew consists of five tradies and apprentices headed by Jake Mosely. We’re tight-knit, skilled and easy to work with. We also bring in extra trusted hands, so everything runs smoothly across the whole process. Don’t worry, you’ll always know who’s on-site and who to talk to.

We mostly work across Maitland (North, South, West and East Maitland) and the Upper and Lower Hunter Valley. If you’re local, there’s a very good chance we can help! And if your project is just a little further out, we can chat and see what’s possible.

Don’t worry, our expert team will give you an honest, realistic timeline upfront and keep you in the loop through the entire process, so you’re never guessing, ensuring the build is an enjoyable experience.
