Project overview

This couple came to us through an interior designer with plans already drawn. They wanted to modernise their living, kitchen and dining spaces, while keeping a warm, homely feel. They opted for high-end selections and fine detailing throughout.

Build specifics

The concept for the renovation was to blend modern updates with a timeless, lived-in atmosphere. We supplied and managed all trades except for the kitchen company.

The build included: 

  • Full gut renovation of living, kitchen and dining area 

  • Installing high-end engineered hardwood flooring throughout 

  • Using two-pack finish cabinetry for a premium result 

  • Zellige tiles on splashback to add warmth and texture

  • Stacked stone feature wall with wide grout lines behind the TV to create a focal point 

  • Venetian plaster details to tie in with the natural tones and textures 

  • Install of Velux skylight over kitchen bench.
